What we collect

When you book a service we collect your name, mobile number, address, pincode, the appliance and service you need, your preferred date/time and any note you add.

Why we use it

• To call you, confirm your booking and send a technician to your address.
• To share your address and contact number with the technician assigned to your job — only for that job.
• To keep a record of the work done, including before & after photos of the installation or repair.

What we never do

We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. We don't send spam.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and job records for as long as needed to provide service, handle warranty or follow-up questions, and meet legal requirements. Ask us any time to delete your details.

Security

Your data is stored with a secure cloud database provider. Only the Quick Fix team can see bookings; technicians see only the jobs assigned to them.
